My first convention was Anime Expo in 1999 and my only costume was SuperSailorMoon.
It was a white leotard and skirt from an online dancewear shop, gloves from probably Clair’s (not shown in this picture), with the rest glued and hand stitched together.
I had no idea how BIG it was, I went because an online friend said I should. I also learned that one costume wasn’t enough LOL
