I bought the lingerie set from Rave (rip. I loved that store) for 10$. I bought ribbon and embellishments from Joanns. This was definitely an under 20$ costume. It cost more to dye my hair.
I’m really surprised no one gave me a hard time for being shoeless lol
I wore this at Anime Expo. My biggest compliment was that a group of Japanese sailor moon cosplayers were in love with it and were over the moon that I was in character
